Incorrect Products:
If you purchased directly from www.primerastore.ca and believe you received the incorrect product, please call 1-800-797-2772, ext. 243 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product returned without a RMA number will be refused. Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise only. All returns must be processed within 30 days of the original order date. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective Products:
If you believe your Primera product or supplies are defective, please call our Technical Support Department at 1-763-475-6669 or email support@primera.com. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
